Implementation & System Support Executive
(Selangor - Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
- Provide onphone, online and / or onsite user support for company’s currently deployed systems with little or no supervision.
- Respond to cases reported by users accordingly.
- Perform software/application testing and documentation.
- Involve in project coordination
- Provide training service for our range of products.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have graduated with at least a Diploma/Degree, in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
- Must have good communication skills both verbally and in written form and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT support/implementation.
- Must be willing to work very flexible hours.
