SR ADMINISTRATORS/ADMINISTRATORS CONTRACTS
(Kuala Lumpur Sri Hartamas)
- Coordinate various QS activities in the most cost effective way
- Responsible for estimating, quantity take-off and claims preparation
- Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitor materials and construction cost, procurement, site valuation, variation orders and final accounts
- Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission and BQ, cost estimation, procurement support, follow-up on project and handle claims as well as payment for the projects
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Min 2 years experience preferably in highway, highrise building and/or M&E project works
- Knowledge in standard forms and contract, administration and construction claims as well as reviewing and drafting of contracts is essential
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
