Senior System Administrator Wintel
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • This position has the responsibility to provide all OS and hardware support including, but not limited to break/fix, operating system patches, working with the customer and other AIGT teams to identify and resolve performance and availability issues. On call rotation is required
  • Microsoft Server certification is required
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Clustering, Active Directory and VMWare is required. Certifications in these disciplines are a plus.
  • The ability to function in a large scale production environment and to follow all required processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Applicants must possess the logic required to analyze and resolve highly complex technical and business problems.
  • The ability to interpret server logs and work with support vendors to resolve issues is essential.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time positions available.
