Business Intelligence Analyst
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of BI applications together with other team members to come up with the required results by complying to MIS in house standards and procedures.
- Analysis, plan, design, develop and testing new module that request by user.
- Deliver full tested ,quality and efficiency program/system.
- Maintain existing BI system and delivered programs.
- Report on activities and performance to the Manager as required by organization’s planning & reporting system.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ensure that the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all AEON’s information assets are protected.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in application system development & particularly in enterprise application (Preferably Financial Services / Banking Institution) or Business Intelligence application system.
- Preferably with experience in maintaining / delivery similar BI system.
- Experience in data modelling to develop metadata on Star / Snow Flake Schema.
- Experience in reporting on drill-thrus, prompt filter, summary / transactional reporting and dashboard.
- Experience in applying security by authentication / authorization / objects.
- Understanding of dimensional models, analytics and reporting, business analysis, data analysis and logical data modelling highly desirable.
- Ability to translate and write SQL queries and SQL stored procedures.
