Service Advisor (Malim Jaya)

Responsibilities :

• Attending to customers needs for servicing and repairing of vehicle.;
• Set customers care standards at the service centre as per dealership standards.;
• Provide advise to customers on proper maintenance of their vehicle.;
• Assist in the achievement of dealership CSI target

Requirements :

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in automotive service industry.
• Good communication and PR skills.
• Computer literate and good knowledge on workshop system.
• Self motivated, achieve targets and set goals.
• Processes valid driving license.
• Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language/dialects.
