Wirebond Process Engineer

Sustain the Aluminum wedge bondor or Copper wire or CU ball bond process, evaluate, characterise and optimise.Wirebond Process Engineer
(Negeri Sembilan)
Work independently in improving wirebond process yield and quality through systemic six sigma problem solving methodlogy.
To drive process development.
To support New Product Introduction and Engineering build request
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Must be stastistically sound and familiar in running DOE, perform characterization and optimization study. Familiar with JMP is an advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior/Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent. Job role in Process Engineer or equivalent.
