Business Analyst
(Kuala Lumpur)
- To assist in deployment of banking-domain and provide support to new system development in partnership with business representatives and delivery teams.
- To encourage best practices in the development of technical solutions by GLT, thereby ensuring delivery of qualitative and cost efficient system solutions on time to exceed customer satisfaction.
- Assist in capturing business requirements/high level design
- Assist in documenting user requirements into functional specifications/use cases
- Assist in Domain training.
- Acquiring, maintaining knowledge in various cross-functional areas of banking, financial services space through a comprehensive, current and relevant repository
- Documenting the domain knowledge by means of white papers, presentations etc.
- Participating in knowledge sharing and transfer.
- Disseminating functional domain knowledge to various GLT associates both proactively and for project specific needs
- Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls.
- Implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy
- Should deliver considering the operational risk associated with the role.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the field
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
