Project Manager

Responsibilities:Project Manager
(Kuala Lumpur - Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil / Subang)
- Develop and maintain accurate, detailed project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks, track projects to successful completion.
- Communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customer.
- Provide leadership to project teams.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Provide hands-on analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post implementation support.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline.
- Possess at least 6 year(s) of working experience in IT preferably in system development with minimum 1 year experience as a Project Leader, Team Leader or Project Manager.
- Proven Leadership and Project Management skills.
- Proven technical background in Java or .NET technologies.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Those with PMP certification will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills as well as.
- Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at both business and technical levels.
- Self motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritise and escalate tasks in a high pressure environment.
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy and willing to travel abroad.
