Staff/ Sr Engineer (Failure Analysis)

Responsibilities:Staff/ Sr Engineer (Failure Analysis)

- Perform Failure Analysis on IC and Discrete Devices on wafer level from electrical verification, fault isolation and physical root cause analysis.
- Interface with designers, test, product, process integration and unit process engineers to understand the analysis requirement.
- Issue FA report that can lead to root cause finding and corrective action to cross functional team.
- Participate and present in cross functional teams to provide analytical, troubleshooting expertise and FA results for yield improvement, qualification failures, customer rejects, fab operations issues and major impact issues.
- Developed innovation in FA and implementation of rapid analytical methodologies to improve productivity and optimize lab procedures.
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Physics or equivalent
- Min 5 years of working experience in Quality Management
- Strong in technical writing, presentation and Project Management skills
- Candidate with experience in semiconductor front-end industry would have an added advantages
