2G Impementation Coordinator - Contract

Implementation Manager for 2G deployment which comprises CME and Telecoms Installation in a particular region. Required to drive a team of vendors/contractors. Extensive coordination within inter section and department I.e. Radio & Transmission Planning, Configuration Mgmt, Rollout Mgmt and Field Force.2G Impementation Coordinator - Contract

Responsibility:
- Provide weekly/monthly implementation reporting for visibility
- Site acquisition
- Technical site surveys
- Infrastructure upgrade, transmission readiness, power upgrade, antenna system readiness, RAN (including BSC & RNC) equipment installation, testing and commissioning
- Downgrade and Dismantling activities
- Integration and/or cutover, Integration testing and Optimization
- Acceptance and Handovers including as built approval
- Retrieve New Site and Upgrade WOs from Cell tracker and perform pre planning for Implementation i.e. PR/PO / SLA / Equipment
- Implementation tracker to monitor and analyze E2E site deployment and capture all dependencies and SLA achievement
- Establish and provide weekly implementation report
- Constantly monitor and measure rollout quality as the deployment shall not impact the existing traffic
- Weekly meeting with vendors/contractors/planners and Field Force to drive the deployment according to the monthly target and ensure blockers are identified / escalate to the next level & provide proper solution/mitigations
- Database update, application of PBID and PAR
- Extensive coordination to inter departments/sections I.e. Field Force, Radio and Transmission Planning, Configuration Mgmt, within division Procurement and external parties vendors and contractors
- Track acceptance activity for the project in terms of first time right implementation, PLC major/minor and efficiency
- Ensure all resources available for field work (FF) and configuration (CMTX) by having weekly activity forecast to the respective stakeholders
- Foresee and eradicate bottlenecks for smooth rollout
Requirement:
- Possess Degree in Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Good extensive telecoms experience especially in cellular network implementation
- Minimum 2 years working experience in 2G Project Rollout especially in Implementation
- Experience in managing a pool of Vendors / Contractors to deliver monthly rollout target
- Knowledge in basic 2G/3G Network Overview
- Understand well in Radio Base Station (RBS) and Microwave systems
- Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Project
