- Responsible for overall planning, developing, overseeing and implementing the sales and marketing strategies.
- Well versed in both inbound & outbound tour and flight operations. Establish and develop new contacts to ensure that sales and marketing objectives and/or targets are achieved.
- Build strong client relationship to ensure the account performs and grows to its maximum potential. Define & establish development strategies such as new tour packages to generate sales, monitoring industry trends and achievement of short and long term business strategies.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing / Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or any related field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Travel / Tourism industry.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Must posses own transport and able to travel.
- Wide exposure to corporate company.
- Aggressive, dynamic, independent and good team player.
- Possess positive working attitude, result-driven, independent and self-motivated.
