Responsibilities:Engineer, Project Delivery (Application Developer)

- The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of technical support and services for all post-sales activities involving software application and integration development related to telephony systems with its auxiliary equipment.
- Responsible to develop project related documents such as Design Document, Acceptance Test Document and As-Built Document.
- Responsible to work closely with the project team members for timely completion of projects.
- Responsible to conduct systems administration training.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information System/Computer Programming/Software Engineering/Telecommunication/Information Technology/Information Management System or equivalent.
- Candidate with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in SDLC project development with good programming knowledge.
- Candidate who are experience in Telecommunication environment especially AVAYA Aura Contact Centre technology, will be an added advantage.
- Required Skill(s) for Developers:
- Programming Languages: .NET especially ASP.Net, C#.Net and Phyton
- Platform: Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/
- Database: MSSQL 2005/2008, database design and SQL statements
- Others: Crystal Reports
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and a fast learner.
- Well developed and effective communication skills (written, verbal & presentation).
- Methodical and demonstrates a high attention to details with problem solving and analytical skills.
- Open to travel extensively when required.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
