Business Manager / Trainer (Adult Education Market)

In line with our growth strategies, we are constantly exploring new frontiers and markets and one of the market is the Adult Education market. Our School of Professional and Continue Education (SPACE) is well poised meet the demands of this market as we now have home grown HRDF approved (training based) modular diploma and degree courses as well as collaborated programs with Adult Learning concept. We are looking for suitably qualified professionals to market such courses and if the candidates qualify, they can also teach the program itself. Successful candidates will organize events, conduct road shows and companies visit to recruit the students for our SPACE program

- He/ She is required to explore and penetrate new corporate adult education market, and also manages training, course development and recruitment.
- He/ She is required to recruit, manage, supervise and motivate a team of Trainers cum Business Managers and work towards achieving monthly recruitment targets in a performance oriented environment.
- The performance based remuneration package is highly competitive and rewarding for performers and achievers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Business is preferred although not compulsory
- Preferably Approved Trainers specializing in developing and running HRDF approved courses or industry related courses.
- 5 -10 years of relevant experiences in the training, tertiary and/or adult learning industry
- Good network of contacts and sound knowledge of the training and adult education industry
- Those with network marketing and executive search experiences are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required with excellent command of English and Malay a prerequisite.
