Systems Executive

- To provide system support to customer on network solution such as LAN,WAN, Wireless and Security
- To provide project implementation and installation to customer on network solution
- To provide on-site support for maintenance contract customer on network products
- To provide on-site troubleshooting support to customer on network system
- To provide 24 hours phone support products, if necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least one year working experience in the relevant field
- Possess good programming skill
- Knowledge in Cisco and Juniper networking will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills as well as good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willing to learn and hard working
