Project Manager / Engineer
(Penang)
- Co-ordinate and lead all new / existing customers from start-up projects (New Product Introduction) to production
- Work closely with internal and external engineering groups to ensure project is on schedule, product cost and performance in accordance to customers' expectations
- Implement, improve and sustain New Product Development processes
- Act as an interface between internal and external customers
- Update project status / schedule and report to customers
- Support customers in technical issues / queries
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 5 years' working experience in manufacturing or R&D environment
- Experience in project management is a pre-requisite
- Knowledge of New Product Development processes
- Knowledge of project management tools, e.g. Microsoft Project etc.
- Good in Project planning, negotiation and supervision and coordination skills
- Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
