Responsibilities:Officer / Executive, Branch Operations Control
(Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Ipoh)
- To conduct checking and monitoring of branches compliance with companys policy and procedures on sales operations and administration
- Monitoring status of vehicle stocks and debts collections
- To conduct branch visits to review compliance with policy and procedures
- To provide value-added advice/ solution to resolve sales administrative issue
- To conduct ad hoc tasks review and investigation whenever required
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy with minimum 1-2 years experience for Officer or 3-4 years experience for Executive. Experience in external/ internal auditing will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Good understanding of business operations control
- Analytical, meticulous and possess initiative and good interpersonal skill
- A team player and possess leadership qualities
- Able to meet tight deadline and good initiatives to learn or take up challenges
- Able to travel within short notice
