ACCOUNTS / ADMIN ASSISTANT
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Handling enquiries/complaints via email , telephone as well as walk-in residents
- Manage office general administration
- Administer payment for monthly utility bills, quit rent and assessment bills
- Handling daily collection & Monitoring maintenance fee defaulters and issuance of reminder letters
Requirements:
- Preferably candidates with Front Desk/Hotel Management experience
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in Building / Facility / Hotel management.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and management skills in handling resident’s enquiries & complaints.
- PC literate and good command of spoken & written English, Bahasa Malaysia & 1 Chinese Dialect.
- Must be motivated, independent, honest and prepared to work extended hours when situation demands.
- Preferably Chinese Female.
Remuneration package would commensurate with experience and qualification of the candidate.
