ACCOUNTS / ADMIN ASSISTANT
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling enquiries/complaints via email , telephone as well as walk-in residents
  • Manage office general administration
  • Administer payment for monthly utility bills, quit rent and assessment bills
  • Handling daily collection & Monitoring maintenance fee defaulters and issuance of reminder letters

Requirements:
  • Preferably candidates with Front Desk/Hotel Management experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in Building / Facility / Hotel management.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and management skills in handling resident’s enquiries & complaints.
  • PC literate and good command of spoken & written English, Bahasa Malaysia & 1 Chinese Dialect.
  • Must be motivated, independent, honest and prepared to work extended hours when situation demands.
  • Preferably Chinese Female.

Remuneration package would commensurate with experience and qualification of the candidate.
