Customer Service Engineer
(Penang - Lebuh Farquhar)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical report and provide prompt update of any aftermarket quality issues.
- Responsible for handling dealer service activities, customer complains, enquiries and feedback.
- Solving technical problems
- Dealer development/ field visit
- To implement customer service plan which set by superior
- Organize the service activities such as service campaign, dealer’s promotion support.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate /Diploma/ Degree in automotive or equivalent with more than 3 years working experience in Automotive.
- Strong aptitude to understand and willing to learn technical aspects.
- Good knowledge in motorcycle technical skills
- Effective presentation skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driving license ‘D’ & ‘B’ with GDL ( Good Delivery License)
