Collection Executive
MYR 32003800 [+ Contractual Bonus]
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:

  • Make “Welcome Calls” via phone and send Welcome Packages
  • Provide customer service by responding, tracking  and resolving customer inquiries
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts (eg. AR, customer payment etc.)
  • Receive and apply cash or intercompany transfer (including reconciliation)
  • Make collection calls
  • Manage collection letters (standard letters)
  • Escalate collection activities on delinquency > 90 days
  • Manage the invoice process according to country needs (eg. printing, sending in situations where an external printing company is not utilized)
  • Manage and process nonfinancial changes (eg. equipment location, billing address, serial number changes), analyzing and ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date in the systems
  • Identify past dues (current and potential)
  • Manage corrective activities in regard to invoice inaccuracies
  • Manage delinquency to exceed targets
  • Notify the Financial Account Manager, Customer Delivery Team and/or Portfolio Management when there are recovery issues with their account prior to escalation to Recovery Specialist

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in customer care role and the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in FinanceGeneral/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of leasing/financial services is essential
  • Contract position available.
