Technician
MYR 1200 - 2000 package
(Mid Valley)
Responsibilities:
- Perform Onsite or In-House Support/Breakfix to corporate customer
- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting for Printer, Notebook, Digital Camera and/or other related IT equipment
- Responsible to ensure customer's satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
- Share solutions with the teammates to build on the collective knowledge of the team and increase reponsiveness
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Sound knowledge in IT problem solving - diagnostic and troubleshooting
- Good disipline and work attitude, ability to work with all level of people
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley branch.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
