Supervisor Operations Finance
(Negeri Sembilan - Seremban)


Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop the Operations Finance function. Support achievement of finance targets and safeguard the Company’s interests and assets.
• Act as business partners and provide full financial and decision support to the Factory Management and various functions/ departments of the Factory.
• Ensure manufacturing activities and performance are properly analyzed, measured and translated into financial values to achieve improving manufacturing efficiency and financial targets.
• Lead, co-ordinate and ensure effective planning of the Factory's annual budget and carry out periodic review exercises in line with local, regional and PMI requirements
• Maintain an accurate and efficient product costing system for all finished and semi-finished products manufactured by the factory.
• Ensure appropriate planning and control of capital expenditure (“Capex”) for all functional departments of the Company.

Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Accounting and Finance
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in operation costing/product costing
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting would be a plus
• A high degree of initiative with excellent spreadsheet skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent in communication skills and fluency in written and oral English
• High computer literacy including MS Office and SAP applications
