Assistant Packaging Development Manager
(Kuala Lumpur)
- To assist Research Development Center (RDC) Packaging Manager in setting up Packaging Development Strategy, providing technical input on structural design, packaging system/operation and technical advice on product – machine ability in factory and related parties.
- To assist RDC Packaging Manager to seek for new packaging ideas for packaging improvement for better manufacturing performance at the most cost effective way
- To assist RDC Packaging Manager in providing relevant packaging data for drawing up plans in relation with Supply Chain process and activities in each development phase.
- To work on cost effectiveness program
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Chemistry, Physics, Packaging Engineering/Technology or other appropriate science
- Working experience in packaging development in Foods category or other home and personal care category is preferred
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Should have a minimum 1 year experience in the packaging development field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Matured, independent, resourceful and able to work in a fast paced environment
