- To train the Sales Force, Dealer Management and related participants for R3 Product Packages business & selling skills of Proton Limited Edition Vehicle
- Ability to source, research & develop new training materials
- To collect data, conduct analysis and determine the best course of action (Training Needs Analysis)
- Ability to create new and additional Training materials related with R3 Parts, Accessories Business and its Limited Edition Variants
- Conducts Training evaluation, update management periodically product knowledge assessment and executes countermeasure plans to ensure Sales Advisor knowledge at the highest level
- To be involved in the creative process of developing specialized training materials and tools or SOP’s for sales network
- Ability to research competitor training module and execute and conduct counterattack program.
- Must be able conduct theoretical programs (classroom session) and also practical roles session with audience to ensure highest understanding level
- Conduct inter dept training program, to ensure related dept members / associates from MSD, Edar Sales & Marketing, Quality Customer Satisfaction, GMAS Technical Trainers , Service Advisors, Warranty members fully understands R3 product lineups
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Automotive/Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience or equivalent
- Presentation & Public Speaking skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Automobile technical knowledge will be an advantage
- Pleasant personality with service-oriented work perspective
