Imagine creating the ultimate user experience for Avira’s millions of users worldwide. You will be taking an active part in designing the Avira Next Generation AntiVirus Products. This position will require you to be working in an international environment and be dealing with Product Managers, Project Managers, and other team members from our offices in Europe and Asia.
Performance objectives:
You will be leading the user experience work in our APAC Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and will be working with Product Management to evaluate user data, marketing and technical objectives in order to create early designs and mock ups. You will use your skills in wireframing, storyboarding, web programming and knowledge of Adobe software such as Flash and Photoshop to create compelling prototypes based on your early designs.
Starting from day one, you will be working with a diverse group of people and teams from various technology, architecture and business backgrounds. You will use your expertise and knowledge in usability coupled with excellent communication skills to recommend and execute the best solutions with the group even though you will find conflicting views and opinions. You will also collaborate closely with our agile software development teams in applying the designs for our next generation windows product.
You effectively manages your own work, have excellent time management and a knack for multitasking. You want to continuously improve on processes, products, knowledge and the team. You will exchange the knowledge and experience you gain to other members in the organisation, also you will transfer it to new team members.
