Autonomy & Journaling Service Engineer

- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- At least 5-10 years experience in an IT function, of which 3 years experience has been in a second line support role, preferably in a leadership or consultancy role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technology i.e. Storage options (RAID , Netapps etc ), Hosting options ( Virtualization , Dedicated servers etc ) , etc
- Skill set :
- Apache Tomcat
- Java, Perl
- MS Certified Professional
- Opentext Livelink Knowledge /Certification is a plus
Knowledge of Search and Knowledge Management technologies is a plus
