The job:
- Review the monthly financial statements.
- Ensure that there is a regular matching and checking of the standard cost in the system
- Checking and ensuring that the company procedures are followed / adhered to
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Communicate with inter depts. to resolve issues
- Ensure no out of balance (OOB) between JCI inter-companies
- Approval of petty cash claim, payment voucher and sales invoices.
- Manage a team of people
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as and when required
The person:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Experience in Accounts payable and receivable are essential
- Understanding of financial transactions and numbers is preferred
- Independent and analytical with strong problem solving skills
- Software skills required (Especially MS Excel)
- Aggressive and target oriented
