We are currently in search of dynamic personnel to join our growing organisation for the following positions:
Site Supervisor /Clerk Of Works
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- To carry out inspection of all stages of contractor's site works.
- To report to and coordinate with respective Consultants regarding construction drawings and site works.
- To ensure site works are carried out according to specification.
- To carry out QA/QC inspections.
- To assist in preparation of monthly site valuation.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of site experience preferably in high rise residential building supervision.
- Ability to coordinate with Consultants and Contractors.
- Ability to check engineering and architectural drawings for discrepancies.
- Computer literacy peferred.
- Ability to commence work soon is an added advantage.
