Responsibilities:Technician
(Johor - Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah)
Technician or Senior Technician (Project Technician)
(Equipment Engineering/Automation & Control/Project Engineering)
- Required to be highly competence & hands on work on site and familiar with all engineering requirements as spelled in project plan or requirements or instructions according to schedule as needed.
- Assist on execution of the order for both Customer and internal organization, playing a proactive role in problems prevention during the Project life cycle.
- Work closely with project lead, engineer, team lead and internal customers especially production, equipment engineering, process engineering team on supporting of Company’s goal on productivity and quality.
- Update and highlight material shortage to project: assist in troubleshooting of equipment or project operational problems may arise with shortest possible time.
- Highlight by “voice out” potential areas of concern to next level by accomplish the goal of promptly driving other departments in solving issues which could affect Project flawless execution.
- Highlight and Identify potential risk factors which may impact the project.
- Sustain enduring faithful Customer relationships and ensure day to day operation is sustaining.
- Reach the planned budget and reducing the past dues.
- Support the Project Team providing the latest status, issues or matters and forecast of the construction and supervision incurred and to go costs.
- Ensure works carried out are comply to the company’s internal management systems, tools and processes necessary for tracking, planning and resolution of non–conformities.
- Attend and voice out issues if any in the company in Project Kick-Off Meetings & Reviews.
- Provides assistance as in coach or mentor or guide to colleagues or internal customers: end user by developing and updating on maintenance and troubleshooting procedures as TEAM.
- Assist and participate the upgrading of technical knowledge hand on as opportunity.
- Responsible to execute and participate on the Validation activities and report for ISO 13485 requirement.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least aSecondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation/Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- The successful candidate will most likely be an senior technician or technician that from various engineering field and a record of project management experience in the Medical Devices industry, candidates from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to perform hand on works using skills and knowledge that dealing with machines to accomplish business goals.
- Confident, perseverance, willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries.
- Competence hand-on skills and knowledge on molding machine, automation and control mainly on mechatronic, project and schedule management, problem solving of project 'roadblocks' and relationship development with project team.
- Candidates must have strong technical and project management background.
