Our client is part of a NYSE listed plantation conglomerate based in Indonesia having one of the largest forest concession.
To expand its plantation business into rubber plantation, we are seeking a suitable candidate to manage a rubber estate in West Kalimantan.

Estate Manager (Indon) - Rubber
(Kalimantan Barat)


Responsibilities:
  • Organise, supervise all necessary activities to bring the rubber plantation into full operation
  • Overall in charge of the rubber plantation operation

Requirements:
  • Experienced in starting and managing overall development and activity of a rubber or oil palm plantation
  • Experienced in land clearing, replanting, new planting and development
  • Must be curently in managerial position managing a large estate and well verse in up to date practice in plantation management
  • Possess good people skills, leadership qualities and able to work independently.

As we are looking for the most competent manager in the field, our client offer attractive expat remuneration package including tax-free salary between RM12,000 to RM20,000 (depending on experiences), return air freight, freight arrangement of personal belongings and lodging.

Single session interview(no second interview) by a panel of top management from our client's HQ will be conducted in Kuala Lumpur on mid-end June 2011.
