Pamos' mission is to provide quick turnaround solution to companies to ensure laser printers can continue working and thus help their users to deliver their work expediently and help employers minimise wastage of useful resources when printers are down by appointing or outsourcing their printers' needs and maintenance to PAMOS.
Telesales Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - Kepong, Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Mainly manage full process of sales cycle, from lead generation, activation of existing customers, prospects or call in enquiries.
- Follow up calls to existing customers for repeat sales and collecting sales orders and process customers' orders.
- Finding new opportunities as in offering maintenance contracts, services or selling products by followup sales calls via the telephone followed by email correspondence.
- Developing new key accounts to reach company's sales goals and target.
- Execution of sales strategies and campaign.
Requirements:
- STPM/Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business or Hospitality or related field.
- Sales experience in selling popular IT products such as hardware equipment and toner cartridges or maintenance contracts would be an added advantage.
- Job scope: To acquire new key corporate customers through sales followup telephone calls.
- At least 1 year of working experience in IT marketing or IT service marketing with proven record is required for this position.
- Flair in building rapport and relationship with clients.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
