Program Coordinator
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
  • KEO International Consultants is a world ranked and leading Architectural, Engineering, and Project and Construction Management Firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
  • We are seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to join a team of professionals in our rapidly expanding Project Management and Construction Management Division.
  • Reporting to the Executive Program Director and Design Director, as Program Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating the development of urban areas and strategic outcomes for internationally recognisedprojects by ensuring seamless coordination with multi-disciplined project teams, establishing and meeting project delivery timelines, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
  • Ability to manage outcomes in accordance with strategic objectives.
  • Ability to lead and interact with technical professions including urban design, transportation, infrastructure, finance, and real estate development.
  • Managing projects from concept through completion with respect to design, procurement, construction, quality and contract administration for large, mixed use developments.
  • Reviewing, coordinating and monitoring processes to ensure stakeholder compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, and established standards and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience working in a Project Management or Development Management role.
  • Master’s qualifications and knowledge of British and American design standards is considered favorable.
  • Membership of a professional association such as MICE (Membership of Institute of Chartered Civil Engineers) or recognized status such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PE (Professional Engineer) or CEng (Chartered Engineer) would be beneficial.
