Support Developer / Web Application Developer
(Based in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level application enquiry/knowledge based support to clients.
- Provide 2nd level technical support to issue reported by clients.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, define and implement solutions relating to bug, change request and enhancement.
- Understand and analyze clients' change requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions to clients
- Respond and provide timely follow up to requests raised by clients.
- To provide a polite, professional and efficient level of service in accordance with our service standards.
- Plan, research, rectify application bugs and test and deploy problems reported by users/customers.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): JAVA, .NET, PHP.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferred language(s): Chinese
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Engineer/Programmer or System Analyst.
