Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Attend to all incoming calls & mails, updating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare confidential correspondence, travel arrangement, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, reports preparations and presentation
- Organize and manage documents, correspondence, records and maintain an organize filing for smooth data retrieval
- All other duties as assigned from time by time by the MD/Manager
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Secretarial / Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of related working experience and well-versed in all aspects of secretarial work
- Good command in written & spoken in English, Malay
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, positive attitude, resourceful, mature and able to work with minimum supervision
