We are M & E Contractor. Due to our growth, we would like to look for candidates for position:

Secretary

Responsibilities:
  • Attend to all incoming calls & mails, updating and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Prepare confidential correspondence, travel arrangement, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, reports preparations and presentation
  • Organize and manage documents, correspondence, records and maintain an organize filing for smooth data retrieval
  • All other duties as assigned from time by time by the MD/Manager

Requirements:
  • Certificate / Diploma in Secretarial / Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of related working experience and well-versed in all aspects of secretarial work
  • Good command in written & spoken in English, Malay
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, positive attitude, resourceful, mature and able to work with minimum supervision
