Senior Executive, Project
(Selangor - Section 13, Petaling Jaya)

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the delivery of project management.
• Ensuring quality of tasks is constantly up to expectation level.
• Responsible to manage multiple projects at any one time.
• Operating independently on smaller projects.
• Comfortable to work at all levels within an organization.
• Work closely with FXGS team to ensure the outsourcing services are implemented on time.
• Scheduling and assigning team members on work tasks; following up on work results.
• Gathering and submitting timely information and reports; mitigating risks.
• Establishing, following and enforcing standard processes.
• Management of change process and third party vendors.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
• With relevant experience in managing outsourcing services projects. Have track record in meeting project delivery timeline.
• Open and independent. Able to mix and gather support from fellow project members.
• Strong analytical skills, self-initiative, and creativity in addressing enquiries and issues.
• Self-motivated, professional approach to all projects/assignments.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Sound presentation skills.
• Possess own transport.
