Service Technician (Air Conditioning & Energy Solution)
(Singapore)
- Attend to daily field service, maintenance & repair works assigned.
- Provide technical support to walk-in & call-in customers with regards to air-conditioning products.
- Assist Supervisor in daily activities & manage sub-contractor processes.
- Analyse & provide necessary reports on equipment malfunction prior to repair or replacement work.
- Well-versed in LG Air Con product line up concerning mechanical & electronic parts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
- Physically fit.
- Minimum ITE certificate holders or its equivalent.
- Experience in trouble-shooting, testing & commission.
- Basic air-conditioning & refrigeration knowledge.
- IT Savvy; able to diagnose equipment fault via the computer.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin preferred.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Well-groomed with good communication skills & a team player.
- Conscientious, aggressive, pro-active with a positive attitude.
- Able to work on alternate / scheduled Saturdays.
