Leasing Executive
(Selangor - Damansara Perdana)
- Your goal is to source and maintain a portfolio of shops, kiosks and promotional space in the shopping mall.
- You will need to attend and liaise frequently with potential & existing tenants, promoters, and our lawyer. Besides ensuring compliance on rules and regulations, you are to handle all pre & post-tenancy matter.
- You will be responsible to draft correspondence to tenants and prepare agreement letters.
- To be at the forefront of retail/mall developments in the market, you are to conduct market research, compiling relevant data regarding the general economic condition, rental and vacancy rates.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Master's Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Perdana.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- You are a fantastic communicator (verbal and written), with strong negotiation skill.
- You have proven Leasing work experience, and understands the local retail / property industry.
- You also are meticulous and have excellent market research knowledge.
