Responsibilities:
- Female, age not over 25, Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 – 2 years experienced in related field
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skill and service minded
- Eager to learn and able to work under pressure in a multinational working environment
Requirements:
- Coordinating communication and correspondence in English and Thai for both written and spoken communication.
- Preparing minutes of meeting for division’s record.
- Producing general documents or presentation materials.
- Making Email correspondence, announcements, and notifications.
- Producing hardcopy of requested documents, hand-outs or training material for Division activity.
- Proper filing and archiving of business documents. Maintaining proper storage and retrieval accessibility of the original soft file documents. Scanning and saving of image files.
- Providing general administrative assistance as needed
- within the division.
- Maintaining filing system for reference material.
- Maintaining proper arrangement of division resources and materials.
- Coordinating Division’s administrative function, tracking responses and replies, and update employees of changes within the organization.
Providing assistance to Computer System Help Desk activities. Coordinating with our Network Service Provider (TTNI).
Software Operator

- Responsible for support the ongoing maintenance and customized Geographic Information System application and other general affair tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Male, Female, Thai nationality
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Geographic Information System or related field
- Experience 1-5 year in Geographic Information System and Geo-spatial Technology or related field
- Able to read and interpret maps.
- Able to manipulate and understand digital land data.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Good in English communication skill
