Responsibilities:Sales Coordinator
(Selangor - Shah Alam)
To assist the Sales Dept to develop, promote, sale, delivery and after sale service
To assist Sales to preparation the following :
- Monthly Sales Report
- Prepare Sales Leads
- Minutes Report
- Project Documentation
- Preparing Quotation
- Sourcing Product / Price / Stock / Quotation
- Follow up on the sales quotation
- Assist in payment collection
- Update customer delivery
- Update On Service Status / Outstanding Service Job
- Update On Stock Status
- Quotation Filing
- Catalogue Filing
- Individual Sales Contribution Report
- Technical support (including simple pump selection & Recommendation)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English and able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
