Trainer
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Conducts product trainings for distributors, customers and employees.
• Handles product enquiries from distributors, customers and employees via calls, mails or one-on-one consultation.
• Provides product information for internal and external communications.
• Manages training schedule and speaker invitations.
• Provides assistance in Product Expo/Exhibitions and other marketing events.
• Works with Regional Training Manager in implementing aligned training programs and developing localized training module and presentation materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor science degree in Pharmacy or Nutrition.
• Experience in training and product consultation/management especially in dietary and food supplements would be an advantage.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel outstation and able to work long hours.
