Senior Officer/Officer - Sales & Marketing Department
(Kedah)
Responsibilities:
- Order processing and working with planning to ensure timely delivery to customer.
- New account creation in the system and upload specification to the portal for customer to access.
- Customer Service (Lot tracking status, update shipment info to Customers, RMA lot tracking, Follow up on repeat order and etc..)
- Invoicing and help finance in the account receivable.
- Facilitate customer visit planning
- Other Sales Related matter
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Skills/Abilities:Self-motivated, good analytical and excellent inter-personal skills.
