Infrastructure Manager
(Kuala Lumpur)
- This is a technical role requiring handson experience with Windows, UNIX, Java, Oracle, SQL, MQ, Control M, ClearCase, and HP Quality Center. Experience in an Application Support role is vital, and Production Support experience would be beneficial.
- Daytoday tasks will include ensuring nonproduction environments are up and running, troubleshooting environments when problems occur, documenting existing environment configuration, conducting deployments to nonProduction environments, managing nonproduction environment refreshes, and managing/coordinating the creation of new environments.
- Experience documenting existing environment and configuration setup
- Experience managing and troubleshooting environmental issues
- Experience documenting and tracking errors
- End to end experience of the Software Development Lifecycle in a structured environment
- Experience in handson deployment of releases and changes to large systems
- Experience working with and mentoring team members in multiple locations
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent: Windows, UNIX (including scripting), Java, SQL, ClearCase UCM
- Good: Oracle, Control M, IBM Message Queue (MQ)
- Desirable: HP Quality Center, ITIL, SOX
