Non-Technical Trainer
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, Organize and Conduct Non-Technical training (Sales and Customer Service) for HMC Asia and Pacific country distributors and relevant personnel.
- Develop training course to suite Asia Pacific region market requirement base on the company standard syllabus.
- Coordinate and Support company training activities.
- Receiving Non tech training TTT (Train the Trainer) course from HMC in Korea and deliver the related course knowledge to distributor’s trainer or instructor.
- Monitor customer satisfaction survey achievement in the region distributors.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Customer Service(CRM) or equivalent. Engineering in Automotive/Mechanical background will be added advantage.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Able to travel overseas independently as when it is required.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and good communication skills.
- Required Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and Korean will be added Advantage.
