Duty Manager

- Overseeing the daily operations of the entire property.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and special request in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times.
- Works closely with the security, maintenance and housekeeping department to ensure the compliance with respective department procedures and policies.
- Assist the Resident Manager in preparation of reports and statistic and monitoring the cleanliness of the front and back of the house area.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in managing the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently and be flexible enough to adapt to different situations.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Possess strong leadership qualities and able to lead a team of staff to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- A good team player and a self-starter with good communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Able to network at high level.
