Interior Designer (Selangor)
Responsibilities :
- Prepare layout plans.
- Propose design concepts with freehand sketches.
- Able to coordinate & handle site works.
- Able to meet the deadline and work under pressure. Provide creativity in interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and colour coordination.
- Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers, to ensure job success.
- Familiar with 3D perspective.
- Use computeraided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents
Requirements :
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Interior Design or equivalent. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Interiors Design or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong in concept development for commercial space.
- Responsible for translating the design concept into design details.
- Knowledge in AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, 3D Studio Viz / Max will be added advantage; and must be able to read Architectural plans.
- Must be fluent in English and other local dialects would be an added advantage.
- Excellent time management skill.
- Able to think outofthebox, express creativity, accustomed to high demands and changing requests plus to demonstrate the ability to work to high standards within deadlines.
