Process Engineer Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
(Perak)
- To study and formulate new processes parameter and related parameter.
- To be responsible for leading team of SMT Manufacturer Technicians.
- To provide effective guideline for appropriate personnel on process and other related matter.
- To ensure that proper recording and control are exercised by process personnel in the establishment of process conditions and improvements.
- To be responsible for process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy and delivery.
- To study all the defect and do failure analysis for related defect in SMT.
- Work closely with Engineering and R & D department for all new products.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience in the related field and industry.
- Preferably candidates who possess good knowledge in testing at manufacturing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organization qualities.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
