Agency Development Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Ampang)

Responsibilities:

• This is a business development role based in our Takaful Insurance Division. This role reports to the Head of Sale & Marketing, Takaful Insurance. You will be marketing our range of Takaful product.

The Role

• You will need to develop necessary processes and procedures to manage the company's clients effectively.
• You will need to have a sound understanding of the products and services which they are buying into.
• You will need to lead and supervise a team of sales support staff , ensuring that they are motivated and trained to meet division's sales targets.
• You will need to have an appreciation of risk management, and be able to initiate systems and process enhancements to achieve a higher level of customer services and business revenue.

Requirements:

• Possess a Business Degree in disciplines like Business Administration, Marketing & Economics.
• Experience working in a financial services sector especially in a customer front line role.
• Have good communication, strong presentation, interpersonal and business writing skills.
• Have desire to lead and supervise a team.
• Preferably Malay.
