Responsibilities:Computer Operator 24 x 7
(Kuala Lumpur)
- Operate computer room equipment to ensure processing schedule meet target availability
- Perform computer room housekeeping and compile system performance statistics leading to improve of operating environment
- Control Tape/media movement and inventory
- Execute daily batch jobs
- Manage Computer Room Security and compliance
- Resolve and/or escalate problems arising from computer operation
Requirements:
- Ability to execute daily computer operation activity
- Ability to resolve and/or escalate problem arise from operation problem
- Computer room environmental housekeeping and security meet compliance requirement
- Control equipment movement in computer room
- Control visitor access to computer room
- Fulfill administrative and reporting requirements
- Helpdesk support
- Based in Cyberjaya
- Willing to work 24 x 7 shift
