Billing Support Engineer
(Kuala Lumpur - Megan Avenue II, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng)
Responsibilities:
- Data processing and billing generation.
- Identify operation performance gaps, recommend and implement initiatives for operational improvements.
- To provide report with analytical analysis and root cause analysis for any failure of achievement on action plan.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in IT.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in SQL is a MUST.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in computer programming.
- Enjoy working in a team in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with initiative and ability to perform under pressure.
- Energetic and aggressive.
- Ability to handle multiple task.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
