SME OFFICER, COMMERCIAL BANKING, KUALA LUMPUR
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for new customer acquisition, growth in credit/off-balance sheet facilities, business premises financing, investment/insurance products, growth of liability balances and cross selling of the Bank’s products.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the service image of the Bank.
- Work closely with other Banking divisions to ensure efficient service is delivered.
- Contribute to optimum retention of existing business and foster customer relationship in order to achieve income growth of the portfolio.
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of Commercial Banking business in line with the strategic plans to grow both asset book and liabilities.
Requirements:
- Good communication/interpersonal skills with flair for sales and marketing role.
- Understand /interpret financial statements of Business Banking/Commercial Banking clients
- Highly sales target driven, aggressive and result driven.
- Experience in credit/trade related banking will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Pleasant/outgoing personality and able to work independently.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- A team player with an energetic and flexible working style.
- Good organizational skills and able to prioritize work.
- Computer/Internet literate.
