Job Vacancy PAPER BASE CONVERTING SDN BHD Maret -April 2011

We are a subsidiary of a public listed Company in Singapore and actively involved in manufacturing of aluminium foil laminated papers and paperboard. Due to our expansion, we are seeking for highly motivated & committed individuals who are ready to grow with us in line with our expansion plan.

Accounts Assistant (Selangor - Klang)
Responsibilities :

  • Full range of Accounts payable area, covering data entry, payment preparations and reconciliation
  • Assist in Accounts receivable area, on collection update and reconciliations.
  • Treasury submission
  • Update on cash flow and treasury information
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/LCCI or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year of working experience in handling accounts payable
  • Experience in Autocount Accounting Software is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently
  • Must be a team player attitude and be proactive
  • PC literate in Ms Office
  • Familiarity with manufacturing accounts is an added advantage
